We take custom orders of block print cotton, indigo blue dabu block print as per the client specifications and designs minimum quantity 10 yards. We are also wholesaler of Dupioni Silk, Plain Silk, Silk Satin Fabric, and Velvet Fabric.
Kalamkari is made up of 2 words, ‘kalam’ (meaning pen) and ‘kari’ (meaning to decorate). It is an exquisite ancient craft of painted and printed fabrics. The cotton fabric gets its glossiness by immersing it for an hour in a mixture of myrabalam (resin) and cow milk. Contours and reasons are then drawn with a point in bamboo soaked in a mixture of jagri fermented and water; one by one these are applied, then the vegetable dyes. After each color, the Kalamkari is washed. Thus, each fabric can undergo up to 20 washings. Various effects are obtained by cow dung, seeds, plants and crushed flowers.
The fabric is hand block printed by artisans of Jaipur, Rajasthan in India.
If you purchase more than 1 Yard you will get it in running length, not in pieces till 10 Yard, not in pieces.

Customs and International Shipping:
All of our orders are shipped internationally from our ware houses across India to your provided shipping address via DHL/FEDEX. Due to the nature of international shipping, occasionally a customer may have to pay additional import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The large majority of orders will not have to pay any additional fees. However, we are unable to calculate when and how much these infrequent customs duty charges will be levied. In the case where additional customs charges are assessed, you will be responsible for paying these additional fees. To make your shopping experience as seamless as possible, we have arranged with DHL/FEDEX to customs clear your goods for you and deliver them to your door step. If you are presented with an invoice from DHL/FEDEX for import duties and taxes, you will have to pay DHL/FEDEX directly at the time of delivery. We ship all our products in secured cover (bubble wrap/paper etc.) and I take the utmost care so your new product is safe.
